The 20th Annual General Meeting of Bangladesh Society for Human Resources Management (BSHRM), as per below schedule: Date: 27 January (Friday) 2023 Time: 9:45 AM Venue: Emmanuelle’s House # 08 Road # 135 Gulshan-1 Dhaka-1212. Agenda: 1. Receive and approve the audited accounts and auditors report for the year ended 2020-21 and 2021-22. 2. Appointment of auditors for the year 2021–22 and to fix their remuneration (Post facto Basis); 3. Appointment of auditors for the year 2022–23 and to fix their remuneration; 4. Election of Executive Councillors for the Term 2023-2024. 5. Transact any other business (AOB) with the permission of the President, BSHRM. BSHRM Members those who have updated their membership fees up to December 2022 are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting and the members will be eligible for exercising their voting rights as per eligible membership category of BSHRM. BSHRM Membership ID card will be treated as the entry pass to the AGM Venue.
