WORLD HR CONGRESS 2020

Greetings!

We are pleased to inform you that The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) in collaboration with the World Federation of People Management Associations (WFPMA) is going to organize the world’s most premier event, the World HR Congress (WHRC) in July 6-8, 2020 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The theme of the WHRC is selected “Exalting People Professionals: Explore, Expand and Excel”. The congress will deliberate on digitalization, disruption, diversity, and diligence with regard to the distinct dimensions of human resource management (HRM).

The WHRC has been held since 1986 in seventeen different countries and the next venue is Sri Lanka, the pearl of the Indian Ocean. The WHRC enables people professionals to build a global community of peers, to discuss new developments in HRM, and to network with colleagues from around the world who face similar complex challenges in HRM. For the first time, it comes to a humanly rich (HR) region which is South Asia. It will be the pinnacle of the evolution of the premier HR event in South Asia hosted by the CIPM, Sri Lanka.

Md. Mashequr Rahman Khan, President, BSHRM had a meeting with President, CIPM, Sri Lanka and Secretary-General (designate President) of WFPMA and it was agreed that our beloved BSHRM will also be one of the Strategic / Supporting partners of this world's most premier HR congress. Obviously it is the pride of BSHRM.

We are request to all the BSHRM members and also their friends and associates to register and join this mega event from where we shall be able to learn a lot. On the other hand, we will feel proud to attend as BSHRM is also one of the partners.
