COVID 19 - CHALLENGES OF HR PROFESSIONS & EMPLOYERS

Believe all of you are fine, safe and in good health.

We all are facing the largest pandemics COVID-19 in world history.
Bangladesh Society for Human Resources Management (BSHRM), the pioneer organization of HR Professionals has been taking initiatives to provide support to our members, professionals and other distressed humanity as far as possible from our end.

We all should work together with government, business community/ employers, professionals, societies and develop shared solution that efficiently safeguard human lives and support economic growth by mitigating the impact of this pandemic.

We all should work together and raise our voice and appeal to government not salary cut, not to lay off or other steps which will be more measurable for our members as well as the human lives.

As a part of our initiatives, we have started online knowledge sharing programs which will be helpful for all.

Last week I have conducted a session on "COVID 19 - CHALLENGES OF HR PROFESSIONS & EMPLOYERS" where eminent Lawyer and BLA expert Advocate Jafrul Hasan Shareef and Dr. Uttam Kumar was present as expert member. many of our members requested me to repeat the session and I will conduct the session jointly with another nationally and globally renowned expert lawyer and author, Barrister . Omar H. Khan. He is one of the well wishers of BSHRM and agreed to join as expert and will give valuable his opinions on legal, logical and humanitarian perspective.

50% of the revenue received will be for BSHRM Corona support Fund and rest 50% will be at BSHRM fund.
