I am pleased to inform you that the World Federation of Peoples Management Associations (WFPMA) has initiated a very important survey "Creating People Advantage Campaign  "Creating People Advantage 2021 is the largest and and Longest-running global HR study".

 The study aims to assess the topics that are most urgent in terms of improving HR departments’ capabilities around the globe. It provides in-depth perspectives as well as best practices for key HR topics to enable HR leaders to drive future business success.
